I’m going to shop for the first time; where should I start?
To shop on our site, you need to become a member. You can become a member of our site by filling out the membership form and take advantage of existing discounts and campaigns. You can add products to your cart without being a member, but you need to register in order to make a purchase. You can complete the membership steps by clicking the “Sign Up” link on the homepage and start shopping. You can add the products you choose to your cart using the “Add to Cart” button and purchase them. You can view the number of items in your cart and the total amount of your cart by clicking the “Cart” link on every page. To change the quantity of products in your cart, you can enter the new quantity in the amount field and press the “Update Cart” button at the top right. To remove a product from your cart, you can click the “Empty Cart” button next to the “Update Cart” button. To continue shopping, you can click the “Continue Shopping” button and add new products to your cart. If you have finished selecting the products you want to buy, after checking the contents of your cart from the Cart link, you can click the “Purchase” button, fill in the necessary information for shipping, and make your payment by credit card or bank transfer. Once all your transactions are completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.

How will I make the payment?
There are three different payment options on our site. You can pay with your credit card, via bank transfer, or with cash on delivery. Depending on the terms, installment options may be available for Cardplus, Prime, Bankkart, Optimum, Bonus, and Maximum Cards.
How can I cancel my order after I have confirmed it?
To cancel your order, your product must not have been delivered to the cargo. If it has not been handed over to the cargo, you can call our online sales representatives at the phone number specified in the contact area or send a message from the site to request cancellation. After your cancellation request is evaluated according to the contract conditions and the type of goods, you will be informed whether it is approved or rejected.
I want to make changes to the contents of my order; how can I do that?
Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made to the contents of the order. You can place a new order and call our company phone at +9 0539 108 2922 to cancel your old order through our online sales representatives.
